I redesigned the full-screen video-watching feature of YouTube to provide a better user experience. I completed this project as part of the UI Design course at KAIST University in 2019.
Why Youtube?
YouTube is one of the most common apps among people. Every day people use YouTube for learning, entertainment, or sharing. As a user who spends a lot of time on YouTube, one of the tasks that I am using the most is full-screen video watching.
Using full-screen can have a couple of meanings such as the user wants to see better the video and wants to more focus. Small wrong interruptions can be frustrating. With this project, I aim to solve these problems and deliver a smoother UI design for full-screen video watching.
